Shipping policy
DOMESTIC ORDERS
All orders are shipped through Shiprocket. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been placed. Next email will be sent once the order has been shipped. All orders are trackable once they have been dispatched. We offer 2 shipping options:
1. Free Standard Delivery - This option takes 7-10 days and is free over the orders of Rs.2000.
2. 2-3 Business day Delivery - This is chargeable at Rs.500. We ship these orders through Bluedart. Hence, only PREPAID ORDERS are accepted. If you choose COD in this case, please expect delivery in 7 days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We accept returned items within 7 days following the delivery of your order. The styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
We offer exchange within sizes as well within 7 days. In that case, the product will be picked up by us within 3-4 working days.
Please Note: We only allow 1 time style exchange. However, if there a size issue, we will fix it.

Returns
Under special circumstances, we offer store credit. Please contact us at info@the-dapper-lady.com in such cases. The store credit will be valid for 6 months.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
Sale and discounted Items
Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, the item is considered final sale.
